XF Nutrition Website Build // 50% Deposit

This deposit secures your project and officially initiates the XF Nutrition website design & development process with Eldritch Exchange. This is a fixed-bid, full-service website build including branding, UX/UI design, and development of a fully functional e-commerce platform tailored for growth and performance. Your investment covers a complete, turn-key website experience:

PHASE ONE: DESIGN
• Brand direction + visual identity system
• Full website mockups (homepage, product pages, category pages, etc.)
• Sitemap + user experience planning
• Brand book + quick reference design system
• Legal pages (Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy)

PHASE TWO: DEVELOPMENT
• Fully built e-commerce website
• Product catalog + product flow setup
• Checkout experience + automation systems
• Customer account functionality
• Contact forms + email integration
• Basic SEO setup
• Business email configuration
• Launch support + post-launch guidance
(As outlined in proposal — pages 3–4)

PAYMENT STRUCTURE
50% Deposit (this payment): Required to begin work and reserve project scheduling
50% Final Payment: Due upon project completion prior to launch

TERMS & CLIENT AGREEMENT
• By submitting this deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• This payment is non-refundable and secures your position in the project schedule
• Work will begin only after deposit is received
• Final deliverables will not be transferred or launched until full payment is completed
• Project scope is limited to the deliverables outlined above
• Any additional features, revisions beyond agreed scope, or new requests will be billed separately

PROJECT EXPECTATIONS
• Client agrees to provide all necessary assets (logo, content, product info, etc.) before or during the project timeline
• Feedback turnaround is expected within 2–3 business days per revision cycle
• Project includes 2 revision rounds per phase; additional revisions are billed hourly
• Any third-party assets (stock images, plugins, etc.) may incur additional costs if required
